Questions about early access

Is early access free?

Yes. The first invited users will be able to use the initial version of Operent for free during the validation period.

Is early access a real product?

Yes. Early access will be released as a real and controlled version of Operent. At this stage, bookings, income and expenses are entered manually.

Does Operent already integrate with PMS tools?

Not yet. During early access, entries are manual. Integrations and automations may be prioritized based on feedback from early users.

Does Operent show cash and accrual views?

Yes. The Financial Panel lets you track the period through cash and accrual views, helping you understand receipts, payments, pending balances and results per property.

What are financial centres in Operent?

They are structures used to organise income, expenses and results by area of the operation. A property, a project, a business unit or the company administration can be tracked separately.

When I add a property, do I need to manually create a financial centre?

No. When you add a property, Operent automatically creates a financial centre for it.

Can I create projects and business units?

Yes. You can create projects linked to properties, such as renovations or maintenance, and also independent business units, such as laundry, airport pickup, marketing or extra services.

Will I get a special condition after early access?

Active early access participants will receive a special condition when plans are launched. Details will be shared before the public release.
