Yes. Early access will be released as a real and controlled version of Operent. At this stage, bookings, income and expenses are entered manually.

Yes. The Financial Panel lets you track the period through cash and accrual views, helping you understand receipts, payments, pending balances and results per property.
They are structures used to organize income, expenses and results by area of the operation. A property, a project, a business unit or the company administration can be tracked separately.
No. When you add a property, Operent automatically creates a financial center for it.
Yes. You can create projects linked to properties, such as renovations or maintenance, and also independent business units, such as laundry, airport pickup, marketing or extra services.
